I spent over a decade as an accountant and Controller inside operating businesses — construction, manufacturing, travel and property management — before starting MP Solutions Canada. That matters, because I'm not advising from theory. I've built the job costing schedules, chased the WIP, run the multi-jurisdiction payroll, and closed the books under a real deadline.

I started this practice because too many good businesses are flying blind between year-ends. They have a bookkeeper and an accountant, and nothing in between — nobody translating the numbers into decisions while the decisions still matter.

Many business owners feel they should already understand every number in their financial statements. In reality, that's one of the most common challenges I see. My role is to help business owners see what matters, ask the right questions, and make decisions with confidence.

I work directly with business owners who already have accounting support in place but need someone to help interpret the numbers, improve reporting, and make better business decisions.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, deliberately. You deal with me directly, not an account manager.
